Your Dog's New Bestie

Hi, I’m Natalie — the dog lover behind Golden Paws & Company!

With over 10 years of pet-sitting experience through Rover, as well as volunteer dog walking at Humane Colorado, I’ve had the joy of working with dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. As a slightly obsessed dog mom to two Golden Retrievers, Zion and Maggie, I know firsthand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pup.

Originally from Indianapolis, I’m a proud Purdue graduate and currently work as a Program Manager at Adobe. I’ve called Colorado home for the past eight years and love all the adventures it has to offer. Above all, I’m trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality.

My goal is simple: provide reliable care, plenty of exercise and enrichment, and total peace of mind for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a meet & greet before starting services?
Yes! A meet & greet is required before your first walk or visit so your pup and I can get comfortable with one another. It’s a great opportunity to review routines, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels confident moving forward.
What areas do you serve?
Golden Paws & Company currently serves the Aurora Knolls – Hutchinson Heights neighborhood and surrounding areas within a 2-mile radius. If you’re nearby and unsure whether you fall within the service area, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to check!
How do I book walks or visits? What are my scheduling options?
Bookings are managed through the Walkies app where you have the option to select a 3-hour morning, afternoon, or evening window. I will arrive during your chosen timeframe and we will leverage the Walkies app for real-time updates, tracking, and photos during my walk or visit.
How and when do I pay for walks or visits?
Payments are managed through the Walkies app where you can connect your Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or bank accounts to directly pay Golden Paws & Company. Please note: Invoices must be completed within 24 hours of your walk or visit; if you have outstanding invoices, future serviecs will not be accepted.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Receive a 10% discount when booking 3-4 walks or visits at a time and a 15% discount when booking 5-7 walks or visits at a time. If you're interested in receiving a multi-pack service discount, send Natalie an email!
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a walk or visit, simply update your booking through the Walkies app at least 6 hours before your scheduled booking. I’ll always do my best to accommodate schedule changes when possible.
How do you access my home for walks or visits?
During our meet & greet, we’ll go over the best way for me to access your home — whether that’s a lockbox, keypad, or spare key. Your home and pup’s safety are always my top priority, and any access details are kept private and secure in the Walkies Journal app.
How many dogs will you walk at once?
Two dogs from the same household can be walked at once on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, only one dog will be walked at a time, which allows us to walk at their pace and allows them to go wherever their sniffs take them! Additional dog rates are $10 per additional dog for walking (and require special approval) and $5 per additional dog for drop-in visits.
